COMPOSITION: 100 % High tenacity heat-set polyester, 3 strands (each strand of the cord folded into two meollar-type strands).
CHARACTERISTICS: Excellent resistance to abrasion, tensile strength, and flex. Minimal elasticity (-6 %). Does not harden, even after prolonged exposure to water. Does not float, performing extraordinarily well in dry, wet, and salt water. Non-yellowing. Easy to splice. UV-stabilized. Acid-resistant. The combination of high performance and durability makes it the ideal rope for racing sailboats and motorboats.
